Experienced cheesemakers, Alsop & Walker will be explaining the ageing process and how cheese transforms using Mayfield, Lord London, Sussex Blue, Sussex Crumble, Sussex Farmhouse as examples.

An introduction to what raw chocolate/cacao is... and chocolate meditation! Eating is often a means to an end and something we do daily. Discover a different way to be with food. Join Qiming Wuu as she takes you on an experience of Conscious Eating.

Presented by Moisés Almenara, Codorníu Winery - Taste the prestigious Cava Sparkling Wine from Barcelona Anna de Codorniu, whilst being guided through the history and cava making process.

A cooking demonstration from British Street Food awards Finalist 2016 - Smokin’ Lotus. Learn about the smoking process and how to make smoked prawns with a spring onion and ginger oil.

'BEER & BREWING'

6pm - 7pm

Learn all about beer from Mr Duncan Sambrook himself! He’ll guide you through the ingredients and showcase four different beer styles - Pale Ale, IPA, Rye and Russian Imperial Stout - with plenty of opportunity to get your hands dirty and wet your mouth. The session will be interactive with chances to taste the beers and ingredients.
