Caring for the environment and creating a sustainable existence are integral, driving forces behind how THEY run our business. The provenance of THEIR ingredients matters, and THEY pride THEM selves on having forged relationships with a number of suppliers over the years who share our values and ethos.

100% of THEIR food waste is either recycled into animal feed or donated to local community projects. All food resources are precious, and it is important to THE CELTIC BAKERS that THEY treat them as such.

BILTONG BROS

Biltong Bros. was born out of an obsessive love for South Africans most famous snack from twin brothers Rudi and Chris.
 
After hunting out the very few South African shops in London to get their occasional biltong fix, they discovered that the treat was not readily available at a high quality, or at a reasonable price. The over-commercialised biltong rarely available in supermarkets just didn’t have the same homemade, authentic flavour they were used to in South Africa.

The brothers embarked on creating their own biltong drying box in South London, sourcing the best meat from a local butcher and making their own seasoning to get the best taste.

BRINGING homemade, premium quality biltong to the masses where there is no compromise on taste or excellence.

THE PARSONS NOSE

The Parsons Nose is situated in the quaint village of Dingestow set in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire.

The farm and business is owned by the Dobson family who have an extensive history spanning generations with Master butchers and Bakers on both sides of the family.

At The Parsons Nose we make award winning sausages, pies and burgers. The exceptional quality and taste is created as our meat is reared using traditional free range farming methods which allow the animals to grow the end result being a much tastier meat.
